PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct conversion transmitter/receiver with the DC offset reduced by using a multi-chip module. SOLUTION: In this transmitter/receiver, members including a mixer and a part of elements constituting a local oscillator are formed on a shielding ground plane, and wiring connecting the members including the mixer to a part of elements of the local oscillator is formed under the shielding ground plane. Thus, the transmitter/receiver using a multi-chip module system can be made more compact than that the one adopting one chip integration, and miniaturization, energy saving, and cost reduction can be more effectively achieved than in the case that the oscillator is included in an already existing DC offset removing circuit or in an off-chip configuration. |
