The present invention can provide a method for providing exercise guide information. A biometric signal including the heart rate of a user is received by a wearable device. A rate of perceived exertion (RPE) which the user recognizes with regard to the exercise of a corresponding order is received. The exercise guide information for the user is provided based on the exercise strength of the user of the corresponding order evaluated based on the biometric signal and exercise perception. So, correct exercise guide information can be supplied to the user.
