The present invention relates to a polarizing plate having a brightness enhancement film and a display device comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a polarizing plate which includes a polarizer having a liquid crystal coating layer on a base film, and a display device comprising the same. The polarizing plate including the above configuration prevents an edge floating phenomenon by an existing process of manufacturing a polarizing plate due to high dimension stability. So, high durability in the display device can be secured.
