The present invention provides a leaked liquefied natural gas (LNG) collecting device comprising: a drip tray which is installed to be positioned on a lower part of an independent type cargo hold having an insulator thereon; and a drain pipe which discharges leaked LNG stagnated in a gap between the insulator and the independent type cargo hold after leaked from the independent type cargo hold, wherein a plurality of discharge holes is provided on a bottom surface of the drain pipe.
