The present invention relates to an aligning apparatus and, more specifically, to an aligning apparatus for effectively and smoothly aligning electrode assemblies. The present invention provides the aligning apparatus for aligning basic unit bodies or assistant unit bodies where electrodes and separation films are alternately stacked, comprising: a base unit forming an air injection hole injecting air toward the basic unit bodies or the assistant unit bodies; and a guide unit positioned on sides of the basic unit bodies or the assistant unit bodies and guiding the basic unit bodies or the assistant unit bodies.
