The present invention relates to an expandable roast pan provided with a rectangular supporting frame (10) made up of an edge portion (11) that has a predetermined thickness. Multiple insertion grooves (12) are formed at regular intervals on facing inner surfaces of the edge portion (11). A magnet groove (13) for insertion of a magnet (40) is formed on an outer surface of one side of the edge portion (11) and the supporting frame (10) is connected through the magnet (40). Multiple flame roasting units (21) are inserted into the multiple insertion grooves (12) so that a gridiron roast pan (20) for flame roasting is formed. A board roast pan (30) for stir-frying meat is put on the edge portion (11) of the supporting frame (10). A board portion (31) is formed at the center of the board roast pan (30). A mounting portion (32) is formed at an outer circumferential edge of the board portion (31). The mounting portion (32) of the board roast pan (30) comes into contact with and is put on the edge portion (11) of the supporting frame (10). |
