Disclosed is an alloying control device for a hot dip galvanizing steel sheet. According to the present invention, the alloying control device for a hot dip galvanizing steel sheet comprises: an annealing furnace temperature control device controlling a temperature in an annealing furnace in accordance with a temperature of a steel sheet entering a plating sink; an ingot injection control device controlling an amount of injection of ingot in accordance with a concentration of Al of the plating sink; a heating unit control device controlling a temperature of a heating unit based on the temperature of the steel sheet on an inlet of the heating unit; a cracking unit control device controlling the temperature of the cracking unit based on the temperature of an upper part and the temperature of a lower part of the cracking unit; a cooling unit control device controlling the temperature of the cooling unit based on the temperature of the steel sheet on an outlet of the cooling unit; an alloying rate measuring system measuring an alloying rate; and an integrated control unit performing and providing control by calculating an initial energy rate based on a preset table by receiving information on an integrated sheet, and outputting the initial energy rate to the annealing furnace temperature control device, the ingot injection control device, the heating unit control device, the cracking unit control device, and the cooling unit control device wherein the integrated control unit integrally controls the alloying rate which is inputted by the alloying rate measuring system, and a control state by receiving the control state from the annealing furnace temperature control device, the heating unit control device, the cracking unit control device, and the cooling unit control device and the alloying rate. |
