The present invention relates to a scoopable cheese cake preparation method including: a step in which milk butter, cream cheese, sugar, emulsifying agent, and EM cheese are mixed well to be produced into soft cream and then egg, sour cream, stirred yogurt, corn starch, and soft flour are mixed in this order; a step in which the mixture obtained in the previous step is poured into a mold and then baked in a pre-heated oven with a barrel filled with water; and a step in which a door is slightly opened after the baking so that the cheese cake is dried. Existing cheese cakes cannot be eaten without a knife, but the cheese cake according to the present invention can be scooped and eaten with a spoon like ice cream. The present invention is extremely similar in texture and shape to ice cream, and thus consumers preference for the cheese cake according to the present invention can be increased. |
