PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency of processes from unloading to connection (assembly), by providing an unloading device with an assembly function for assembly with other units, the unloading device receiving a floor unit of an assembly-type building unit manufactured in a factory and carried into a construction site, when the floor unit is unloaded from a trailer.SOLUTION: An unloading and assembly device 1 comprises rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other directly or indirectly on a ground, leaving a distance greater than a width dimension of a floor unit 10 constituting an assembly-type building, and a plurality of support posts 3, 3 erected on each of the parallel rails 2 to face each other in the direction of the rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other. The support posts 3, 3 on each rail 2 are installed adjacently leaving a distance in a lengthwise direction of the rail 2, so that each support post 3 facing each other in the direction of the rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other supports an arm 4 that receives the floor unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
