PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding method for molding a part having an L-shaped part by restraining the occurrence of a crack and wrinkles.SOLUTION: The present invention press-molds a metal plate 21 in an L-shaped part having a curved part, a top plate part having a side part of extending from both ends of the curved part, a vertical wall part formed by continuing with the curved part and the side part and a flange part formed on the opposite side of the side of the curved part and the side part by continuing with the vertical wall part, and comprises a first molding step of restrictively molding while pressing a part of the metal plate 21 corresponding to the top plate part by a pad 19 by cooperating with a punch 13 by sandwiching the metal plate 21 by a wrinkle presser 17 and a die 15 by executing press-molding in one process without replacing a metal mold in the middle, a second molding step of bendably molding by separating the wrinkle presser 17 and the pad 19 from the metal plate 21 and a third molding step of molding the metal plate 21 in an L-shaped part 1 by the punch 13, the die 15, the wrinkle presser 17 and the pad 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
