PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and process for administering a high dose of medicament which acts on a matrix tissue of an atrium for treating atrial fibrillation.SOLUTION: There is provided a device 10 for applying a substance in a mammal inner tissue. The device comprises a member 16 having a flexible and absorptive porous part 18 coupled to a pore-less part 20. The flexible and absorptive porous part has absorbency, and impregnates the substance fully or partially so that the substance 12 can pass through the flexible and absorptive porous part. Using the device, diseases of atrial fibrillation and other kinds of non-atrial fibrillation related to the mammal inner tissue, can be treated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
