PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a sliding door in a door opening position by means of a door holder after opening the door and to quickly release restriction of the sliding door. SOLUTION: After the sliding door 11 is slid in the door opening direction by the power of a motor 14 to reach a door opening end position and sliding motion by the motor 14 is finished, a sliding shift of the sliding door 11 in the door closing direction by external force is monitored, and if the sliding shift in the door closing direction beyond a predetermined speed is detected, the door closing directional sliding by the external force is restarted after the sliding door 11 is braked. |
