PURPOSE:To retrieve easily a message regarding the own job, by providing a display color deciding part for deciding a color code of each user registered in a user control table, deciding a display clor in accordance with a user, and displaying a message on a console. CONSTITUTION:A color code and output message information from a computer 1 are inputted to batch stations 7, 7', a message of a color corresponding to a color code is displayed on color display consoles 8, 8', and jobs of plural users are processed. A job number corresponding to a job and a user discriminating name for discriminating each user are stored as to each job in a job control table 5 of this computer 1, and a color code decided to each user is registered in a user control table 6. In this sate, the user discriminating name is extracted from the control table 5 by a job number designated by a message transmitting origin by a display color deciding part 4 of a message output part 3, a color code corresponding to its discriminating name is decided by referring to the control table 6, and the message is displayed on each console 8, 8'. |
