PURPOSE:To decrease scattering of internal resistance by pressing a separator comprising a microporous resin film against an air electrode, and partially uniting them. CONSTITUTION:An air electrode 5 and a seaprator 6 comprising microporous polypropylene film are blanked in the same diameter as a water repellent film 4, and palced on the film 4 inside a positive case 1. They are pressed with a tool having a recess and projection of 0.5-1.0mm from the surface of the separator 6 at a pressure of 5-10kg/cm<2>. A part corresponding to the projection of the tool of the separator 6 is pressed against the air electrode 5. The seaprator 6 is bonded with the air electrode 5, and reduction of metal oxide in the air electrode by solvent is prevented, and internal resistance and open circuit voltage of the cell are stabilized. |
