PURPOSE: A method for assembling direct cooling tube type evaporator of refrigerating system is provided to improve cooling performance and to improve productivity of work assembling an evaporator tube to a case. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a step assembling a tube(20) on a peripheral surface of a case(10) and winding Polyethylene tape(30) around the case to fasten the tube; and a step foaming a periphery of the case with the tube fastened by the Polyethylene tape with urethane foam(40). The polyethylene tape is deformed by pressure and temperature of the urethane foam to eliminate gap with the case and the tube. |
