Title composition is prepd. by compounding (1) 10-60 wt. parts multiple electroconductive short fiber which is consisted of electroconductive carbon black-contg. polyester as fiber core and high melting point polyester as sheath with (2) 100 wt. parts low melting point polyester resin. The physical properties of multiple electroconductive short fiber are volume specific resistance 101-103 cm, tensile strength 4-7g/denier, fiber length 0.5-2.0mm, and thickness 5-150μm.
