<p>The invention concerns pharmaceutical compositions for neuroprotection containing arylcyclohexylamines. The compositions include an arylcyclohexylamine according to the formulae (I) or (II) in which R' represents (3) or (4) or (5), whereby R4 is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, an iodine atom or a methyl radical, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, the radical OH or the radical CH¿3?, and R?3¿ represents a hydrogen atom or the radical CH¿2R?5, R5 represents H, OH, Cl, Br or CH¿3?COO, provided that R?2 and R3¿ are not both a hydrogen atom, or a salt added to an acceptable pharmaceutical acid of the arylcyclohexylamine.</p> |
