PURPOSE:To obtain a supporting body not to generate an excess peak due to lipoprotein and uneven intervals of peaks of separated protein by containing hydroxylpropyl cellulose and the like as additive, and adjusting the degree of electroendosmosis in the range from 0 to +10mm. CONSTITUTION:As for additive controlling degree of electroendosmosis, one of hydroxylpropyl cellulose, triphenylphosphate, or tricresylphosphate, or optional combination of two or three sorts are used, and the content against a high polymer component constituting high polymer fine porous film is favorable in the range from about 0.2% to about 2.5% in weight ratio. By preparing high polymer fine porous film adjusted in the range 0mm - +10mm of degree of electroendosmosis, a supporting body in which excess peak due to the sixth division of beta lipoprotein is not generated even in case of a serum containing especially much beta lipoprotein, and uneven intervals of peak of separated protein are not generated can be obtained. |
