<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize washing residues of ready mixed concrete, etc., which are the sources for generation of pollution by thickening used cement sludge, measuring the unhydration rate of the cement and metering this sludge for the purpose of preparing the fresh ready mixed concrete, etc. CONSTITUTION:The used cement sludge is thickened to the sludge of a prescribed concn. The concd. sludge is stored. The stored sludge is sampled and the unhydration rate of the cement contained in this sludge is measured. The concd. sludge mentioned above is metered according to the above-mentioned unhydration rate in order to prepare the fresh ready mixed concrete or mortar, by which the washing residues of the ready mixed concrete, etc., are recycled. The washing residues of the ready mixed concrete, etc., which are the sources for the generation of pollution, are effectively utilized for the desired concrete, etc., with good accuracy according to the above-mentioned method.</p> |
