Heat exchanger for tomato, especially crushed or cut tomato or, at any rate, tomato which has been squashed. Said exchanger comprises a cylindrical container 1 provided with an inlet opening 3 and an outlet opening 4 for the tomato, inside which, coaxially, there is a heating body 2 which is also cylindrical, and on the outer part of which, also coaxial, there is a heating casing 5; between the inner heating body and the container a jacket 11 is created of annular section, via which the crushed or cut tomato or, at any rate, tomato that has been squashed, passes from the inlet opening 3 to the outlet opening 4 and is heated by the inner heating body 2 and by the outer casing. <IMAGE>
