<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in the municipal transport while eliminating traffic jams by providing a control means which moves a moving means at specified speed and connects/disconnects a vehicle to/from the moving means at a specified place while operating a connection release means. CONSTITUTION:In a condition where a chain mechanism of a side line 24 reaches almost the same speed with a chain mechanism of a main line 23, a vehicle 1 is guided to the main line 23 from the side line 24. At this time, when there exists the vehicle 1 traveling on the main line 23, it travels preferentially so as to avoid a collision. Thereby, when the vehicle 1 travels on the main line 23, and proceeds to a preset objective stopping place 2. When the vehicle approaches the objective stopping place 27, the switching line 28 is switched, and the main line 23 and the side line 24 are connected to each other, and the vehicle 1 moves from the main line 23 to the side line 24. A chain of the side line 24 is decelerated, and the vehicle 1 can stop at the target stopping place 27.</p> |
