PURPOSE:To correctly and efficiently distribute specimens by storing each rack number and coordinates within the rack of an original container and a feed container corre sponding to a specimen number and automatically controlling the distribution of specimens on the basis of the positional data of specimens. CONSTITUTION:A terminal CPU 23 optically reads the number 21 of a rack and a specimen number 2 of an original container 1 at 20 and 22, an transfers the pre- distribution positional data of the specimen which is composed of the rack number 21 and the coordinates within a rack 9 to a subsidiary host CPU 25 corresponding to the specimen number 2. The positional data is stored in the CPU 25. The rack 9 to which the original container 1 is set is placed on a main line 30. The rack number 21 is optically read at 13. The rack 9 is separated to a diverging line 32 and set at an automatic distributer 33 designated by the CPU 25. A terminal CPU 45 reads a distributing container number 24. Accordingly, the specimen in the original container 1 is fed into a distributing container 6. After the distribution, the post-distribution positional data of the specimen which is comprised of the rack number 24 of the distributing container and the coordinates in a rack 12 is transferred to the CPU 25, and at the same time, the rack 12 is automatically analyzed at 13 under the control of a terminal CPU 50. |
