PURPOSE:To produce a bag body made of rubber represented by a pneumatic fender with excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body composed of an unvulcanized rubber layer having at least two reinforcing cord layers 3, 4 arranged thereto so as to cross each other in a biased state is formed on a mandrel and, after the mandrel is drawn out of the cylindrical body, the cylindrical body is filled with compressed air to be expanded in its diameter direction and the rubber layer is vulcanized while this expanded state is kept. |
