PURPOSE:To improve the working environment by automating the sampling work, which is performed for every specified time interval during the culturing operation for long time. CONSTITUTION:The pressure in culture tank 1 rises up by the blowing of air through an air blowing nozzle 3 when an exhaust valve 6 is closed. Under this state, culture liquid 2 is sent into a sampling bottle 14a through a sampling needle 8, a pushing tube 9 and a branching tube 13a. After the specified time, the culture liquid 2 is sent into a next sampling bottle 14b by repeating the same operation. |
