PURPOSE:To provide a recording sheet which has excellent water resistance, excellent ink dryness, suitable ink adsorptivity, excellent dot reproducibility and fresh printing image. CONSTITUTION:An ink receiving layer 4 provided at least on one surface of a base material sheet 2 is partly fusion-bonded while holding thermoplastic fine particles in which resin having functional group is partly crosslinked in a particle shape to form air gaps among the particles, thereby providing the layer 4 having high ink absorption dryness by capillarity with the gaps and high water resistance. |
