PURPOSE:To reduce a circuit scale and to most adequately control the signal accumulation of a sensor. CONSTITUTION:The luminous flux introduced from an AF optical system is made incident of light receiving parts 6, 7 of the sensor. This sensor operation resets light receiving sections 6, 7 by the signal PHIR from a CPU. The charges meeting an incident light quantity are thereafter accumulated in the light receiving sections 6, 7 and the accumulated charge quantity is monitored in the outside by a monitor output MON which detects the peak value of pixels. The charges of the respective pixels accumulated for the prescribed period of time are simultaneously held in a storage section by a PHIT signal and the held signals are successively read out in a shift register by a reading out signal PHIST. Further, an amplifier for amplification is connected to the output section and the signal amplified to an A/D conversion level is outputted from an OS output terminal. |
