PURPOSE:To prevent the protective relay of a bus on sound side from malfunctioning even if there is an accident in a stopped bus at trial charge by providing this device with a circuit, which fetches a command to turn on a bus breaker, and a circuit, which lifts off the zero control of a bus current by the fetched command. CONSTITUTION:When restoring the stopped bus line to the original state by turning on a bus breaker (BTCB) from the first bus (#1BUS) in single bus stopped condition, if a user turns on a BTCB turn-on command switch S1 in the condition that an accident F occurs in the stopped bus #1BUS, a turn-on coil CC is energized, and BTCB is turned on after the delay of a specified time, and a #2 bus inflow current I0 and bus currents I1 an I2 flow. On the other hand, the contacts 121 of a relay 12 is turned on after delay of a specified time from the turn on the switch S1, and the signal is inputted into an AND circuit 14, and the zero control of currents I1 and I2 is released. And, by the turn on of the main contact of BTCB, the turn on of the contact 121 is recognized, and the zero control of the bus currents I1 and I2 of protective relays 187D and 187D on #1 and #2 sides is released. |
