PURPOSE: To support a steering column at two points to simplify a structure, by furnishing a curling plate itself with a turning function. CONSTITUTION: A curling plate 18 is supported turnably on a lower bracket 10, to support a lower end part of a steering column 8 on this curling plate 18. In this way, the steering column 8 can be swingably and movably supported, and the steering column 8, so as to prevent it from being divided, can be supported at two points by upper/lower brackests 9, 10. |
