PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the control of a phased array antenna at a radio base station through signal processing while keeping an optical wave as it is concerning a radio signal transmission optical link for transmitting the optical wave modulated by a radio signal between a radio distribution station and the radio base station having the phased array antenna. SOLUTION: From a radio distribution station 1 to radio base stations 21 -2i, an optical signal having plural wavelengths is modulated by the radio signal and concerning this modulated optical wave signal having the plural wavelengths, delay processing as the excitation distribution control of each antenna element is performed while keeping the optical wave as it is. This excitation distribution controlled optical signal is converted to an electric signal and this signal is distributed to each radiator. For reception, the optical wave is modulated by the radio signals, which are received at the radio base stations 21 -2i, and transmitted to the radio distribution station 1, signal processing is performed while keeping the optical wave as it is, and the excitation distribution applied to incidental equipment is extracted. |
