PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and high performance non-reciprocal circuit element by forming a permanent magnet into a square plate shape to greatly reduce the cost of the magnet. SOLUTION: A lower yoke 2 is mounted on an input/output substrate 1, a ferrite assembly 4 and capacitor C3 are mounted in the lower yoke 2, capacitors C1 and C2 and resistors R are disposed on the substrate 1, a resin case is mounted to cover the assembly of them. A square plate-like permanent magnet 6 is mounted on the case 5, and an upper yoke 7 is mounted to cover the top of the case 5 and permanent magnet 6 and bonded to the lower yoke 2. |
