PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve reliability and security by normally operating in working condition buried by insert-molding into a resin molding portion. SOLUTION: A current cutoff element provides a plastic case 11 comprised of an element case 11A and a cover case 11B, a pair of connecting terminals 12, and a current cutoff portion 13 contained in the case 11. The body case 11A contains an enclosing space 14 with an opening portion and closes the opening portion of this enclosing space 14 by the cover case 11B. The element case 11A fixes by insert-molding a pair of the connecting terminals 12, appears outside from the enclosing space 14 to penetrate through the element case 11A so as not to appear in the opening portion of the enclosing space 14 and molds in plastic all-around of the opening portion of the element case 11A. The current cutoff element contacts to the all-around of the opening portion of the element case 11A by ultrasonic welding the cover case 11B. |
