Pyridine compounds of general formula: wherein -R<SUP>1 </SUP>represents in which R<SUP>11 </SUP>is hydrogen, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkyl, halogen, hydroxy, C<SUB>1-12 </SUB>alkoxy, nitro, amino, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkylsulfonylamino, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkoxycarbonyl, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkylamino, di (C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkyl)amino, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkanoylamino, phenyl C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkylamino, phenylsulfonylamino, or -O-(CH<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>n</SUB>-R<SUP>111</SUP>; R<SUP>2 </SUP>represents hydrogen or halogen; R<SUP>3 </SUP>represents 1.2.3.6-tetrahydro-pyridine, or -CR<SUP>31</SUP>R<SUP>32</SUP>R<SUP>33 </SUP>wherein R<SUP>31 </SUP>represents H or C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkyl and R<SUP>32 </SUP>and R<SUP>33 </SUP>are joined to form a 5-8 membered saturated ring optionally containing up to three heteroatoms; R<SUP>4 </SUP>is carbamoyl, CN, carboxyl, etc.; R<SUP>5 </SUP>is amino, C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkylamino, di C<SUB>1-6 </SUB>alkylamino, etc. or salt thereof.
