The element has at least one longitudinal receiver for channels carrying heat carrier. One side (1) of the element, for heat removal, is made flat. The opposite side (8) has at least one receiving device (4) for channels conveying a heat carrier. One edge of the element may have a groove (3) and the other edge may have a spring (2) fitting in the groove. The thickness (10) of the material is such that screws can be used without tearing the material.
