FIELD: designs of seals for windows, doors and building faces. SUBSTANCE: stopping seal has fastening leg installed in anchor groove of composite frame or folding sash, and sealing body provided with packing chamber and having cavity. In this case, passed through sealing gap between composite frame and folding sash are accessory members, for instance, turning hinges or turning-and- folding hinges. Located in sealing body cavity is at least one chamfer running in direction of seal plane. Invention makes it possible to make stopping seal so that sealing body in zone of installation of accessory members is not only separated by sealing gap from fastening leg but provides for sealing effect relative to accessory member.
