The pipe connection has a housing (2) which has a duct (3) and connecting opening (4) for the fluid in the pipe. A connecting flange (5) is for fixing to the wall (6)of the pipe(1). A connecting implement (7) in the form of a cylindrical hollow body is moved along the duct and a connecting-hole (8) made in the pipe-wall. A segment of wall (10) is removed and placed in a cylindrical cavity (11) of the connecting implement. The head (12) of the implement, on the pipe side, has a cylindrical punching-sleeve (13) with cutter (14) on the pipe side. The head has a cylindrical milling-sleeve (15) with milling-blades (16) distributed round the sleeve.
