The cylindrically shaped hollow instrument (1) is equipped with radial arranged suction openings (2) and longitudinal positioned grooves (3), guiding and accommodating the additional polishing devices (4). The polishing devices (4), which are located alongside the instrument (1) when not in use, can be moved into a position distant from the surface of the instrument with a sliding element. The top of the instrument (1) is transformed into a bulb shape with the polishing devices (4) arranged along deformable strips.
