PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchanging capacity while preventing the cooling capacity from lowering by providing a raised part at least on the surface side or the rear side of a fin constituting an outdoor heat exchanger for the first row from the windward side and providing raised parts on the opposite sides of the fin for the first row thereby decreasing the ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Three raised parts 18-20 are formed on the fin 17 of an outdoor heat exchanger for the first row from the windward side wherein the raised part 18 (18a to 18c) is divided into three and the raised part 20 (20a, 20b) is divided into two. Since the raised parts 18-20 for the first row are provided only on the surface and rear of the fin 17, contact of an air flow passing through the first row with water drops is enhanced and heat exchange with the air flow is facilitated. Although the raised parts are provided on the opposite sides for the second row, adhesion of water drop is low as compared with the first row and since increase of ventilation resistance is suppressed, heat exchanging capacity is not lowered.
