摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure strength and airtightness by forming an outer edge part having a small inclination angle at the upper edge of a side edge part raised from the circumferential edge of a copper plate by press, inserting a brazing material into an opening groove formed between the upper and lower edge parts of a laminated heat transfer plate and then brazing them thereby eliminating defective welding. SOLUTION: A protruding and recessed plane 12 is provided on one side and a side edge part 11a is raised from the circumferential edge of a heat transfer plate 10 having a substantially square plan view thus forming a pan shape. An outer edge part 11b having a small inclination angle is then formed at the upper edge. The opening in an upper stage heat transfer plate is then fitted with the projecting edge 17 of the opening 16 in the lower stage heat transfer plate 10 thus laminating a plurality of sheets. The side edge part 11a and the outer edge part 11b provide a double stage inclination and an opening groove is provided between upper and lower outer edge parts 11b. A sheet-like brazing material 18 is laid on each heat transfer plate 10 and a rod-like brazing material 19 is inserted into the opening groove and secured in place before being brazed in an electricfurnace.
