PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio paging receiver which makes a set timer time different from the vibration of a vibrator at receiving time. SOLUTION: In a vibration driving circuit 12, a transistor (Tr1) 120 which applies a high vibrating voltage upon a vibrating section 13 and a transistor (Tr2) which applies a low voltage by means of a resistor 122 are provided in parallel with each other and a control section 15 supplies signals B1 and B2 to the transistors Tr1 120 and Tr2 121, respectively. During the set time of a timer, the signal B1 periodically changes and the signal B2 is fixed 'L' and, when both signals B1 and B2 are 'L', the Tr1 120 and Tr2 121 are simultaneously turned on and applies a high voltage upon the vibrating section 13, When only the signal B2 is 'L', the Tr1 120 is turned off and the Tr2 is turned on and applies a low voltage. At the time of reception, the signal B1 and B2 are respectively fixed sat 'L' and 'H' and a high voltage is constantly applied upon the section 130. Therefore, the vibration of the section 13 periodically changes and, at the time of reception, the section 13 vibrates in a stead-state.
