PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method where a telephone number called to a specified extension number is not necessary to be stored as a number different from the extension number which is usually used under an independent system by automatically adding a line wire calling number adjusted to a base station at the time of inputting the opposite number of a calling destination and calling it. SOLUTION: Identification data CS-ID (1) to CS-ID (3) which correspond to individual offices A-C are set in the offices A-C where the independent system of PHS terminal equipment can be operated. PHS terminal equipment has a means inputting the opposite number of a transmission destination and has an addition means which recognizes different calling forms by a connection base station and automatically adds an extension call number adjusting the calling form to the pertinent base station. At the time of inputting the opposite number of the calling destination and calling it, the extension call number adjusted to the base station is automatically added. Thus, the telephone number called to the specified extension number is not necessary to be stored as the number different from the extension number which is usually used in the independent system.
