PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication equipment and a radio communication method by which users can originate calls by using channel numbers based on the radio service zones at roaming destinations and their thinking unconsciously of the roaming states, and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: The control section 108 of radio communication terminal equipment is provided with a recognizing means 1081 which recognizes the radio communication network to which its own equipment belongs out of plural radio service zones, a discriminating means 1082 which discriminates the circuit number corresponding to the radio communication network recognized by the recognizing means 1081 out of plural registered circuit numbers, and a transmitting means 1083 which makes transmission to the radio communication network based on the circuit number discriminated by the discriminating means 1082.
