PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically convert an original document into a new document by discriminating an operated object in the original document, adding information for the operation to the original document and generating a new document. SOLUTION: First, from an original document, an operated object is discriminated from the other components of the original document, and information for the operation is added to the operated object to prepare a new object. The discrimination of the operated object is performed based on the attribute designated by the component of the original document. For instance, when numbers (3), (6) to (11), (15) and (16) showing respective parts are defined as the operated object, a point number designated to the respective numbers (3) to (16) is common, and also, when the point number is different from a point number designated to other components, each of the number is decided as an operated object. Also, when the same point number is designated to the other components, it is decided from a type face. |
