<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of screen displays by a simple operation of a joystick in a small-sized information terminal which can read contents on the Internet. SOLUTION: This screen operation device is equipped with a central processing unit 1 for processing required information, a display device 2, an input device 3, and a secondary storage device 5 which has a HTML file reading part 6 for reading an HTML file of a specified URL, a layout part 7 for deciding a drawing point on a browser of an image or the like, a display part 8 for displaying contents onto a screen of a small-sized terminal and the like, and stores data and a program. In addition to a mechanism which enables switching operation of quick contents display, the device can perform horizontal and vertical screen scroll operations and expansion and reduction operations of the screen only through a three-dimensional operation by a small-sized joystick.</p> |
