PURPOSE: A concave-convex variable type lens structure is provided to widely used to various optical device, and to effectively used to a study about a lens principle. CONSTITUTION: A plane lens(4') is installed in a top of an upper frame(1), and another plane lens(4) is installed in a bottom of a lower frame(2). A flexible transparent film(3) is disposed in the interior of the upper frame(1). A transparent liquid(5) is charged into a space defined by the upper frame and the lower frame so that the transparent liquid have the continuity with the plane lenses and the transparent film. By adjusting a pressure of the transparent liquid, it is possible to adjust a pressure to be applied to the transparent film. Also, the pressure adjustment of the transparent liquid is artificially achieved by adjusting a volume of a transparent liquid charging space or by adjusting an injection amount of the transparent liquid. Since a shape of the transparent film is smoothly adjusted to a convex shape or a concave shape, it is possible to change a lens to a convex lens or concave lens using single lens structure such as the transparent film.
