PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation device reducing the cost of sterilization device of medical apparatus with high energy and a modulator and avoiding adjustment works. SOLUTION: In between a high frequency pulse generation source and a plurality of electron beam oscillators, a pulse transformer is put. To the secondary side of the pulse transformer, a plurality of electron beam oscillators are connected with control mechanisms whose impressed voltage is controllable. Concretely, the primary side of the pulse transformer is formed with one system coil and the secondary side is constituted of two system coils. Or the primary side is formed with two system coils by splitting the generation source and the secondary side is correspondingly constituted of the two system coils. Each of electron beam oscillators corresponding to the two system coils are connected. The primary side and the secondary side of the pulse transformer are constituted of one system coil, respectively. One system coil of the secondary side is split and individual electron beam oscillators are connected. |
