PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device in which generation of a sudden output fluctuation is prevented when capacity fluctuation having equal to or less than a prescribed time width is generated for a capacitive load and a stable control is made possible. SOLUTION: In an electric power supplying constitution in which a discharging member that conducts discharging for an image carrier is set as a capacitive load and a constant current control is conducted, a delaying means is inserted into a constant current control loop so that a control response speed for the fluctuation in the load capacity having equal to or less than a prescribed time width is lowered. Having established the above constitution, occurrence of a sudden output fluctuation is prevented when capacity fluctuation having equal to or less than a prescribed time width is generated for the capacitive load, generation of uneven charging of a photoreceptor caused by a sudden fluctuation in an output voltage is eliminated and generation of print stripes caused by charging irregularity of the photoreceptor is prevented. |
