<p>Polymer compositions comprised of small, dry polyacrylamide particles may be dispersed into water at industrially useful rates to form aqueous compositions, by separating the particles from each other and bringing them into contact with a moving stream of water in the manner described herein. The resulting aqueous compositions may be used as a treating solution in diverse applications such as flocculants in water treating, papermaking, mining, oil field, and biotechnological separations.</p> |
