PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic shopping system which enables a customer to determine and purchaser an article out of a wide-range article group with one access by comparison and examination. SOLUTION: The system is comprised of a first step where article data of plural maker and distributors is received and stored without passing a data processing step in distributors with respect to one kind of articles and a second step where received article data is delivered to unspecified terminals and input of data related to an article to be selected based on delivered article data is prompted and input of data related to the customer who has selected the article is promoted. The customer who desires to purchase the article obtains much data of many maker and distributors with one access by these first and second steps.
