PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow incentives for residents in an apartment house on providing medical services in a complex facility integrating the apartment house and a medical facility. SOLUTION: A service providing system to be introduced for the complex facility that integrates the medical facility and the apartment house comprises information terminals 5 mounted at every unit of the apartment house 2 to issue requests to a medical facility 1, to receive and detect replies for the requests, a server 40 in the apartment house having a patients identifying DB 42 controlling residents information of every unit and authenticating patients accessing from terminals 5, a medical facility system (a medical service server 70) displaying reservation screens for getting medical examinations according to medical examination requests from patients who log into the sever 40 from terminals 5 and a network (a communication means) such as LAN to mutually connect them via a fire wall 9.
