PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfort mat capable of performing pneumatic massage in a posture suited to taking a nap or taking a rest by forming the mat so as to cover the upper part of a human body and slightly bending the upper part side of the human body upward. SOLUTION: One side of the longitudinal direction of a mat main body 2 having an endless edge part 3 made of material with cushioning property covering at least the upper part of the human body is bent upward and a holding substrate 4 for holding the bent state is provided under the bent side of the main body 2 to make the posture suited to taking a nap or taking a rest. Furthermore, the optional number of massaging bags 7 and massaging bags 7' swollen and contracted by air feeding/discharging of an air feeding and discharging device 5 are arranged all over the area in the longitudinal direction of the mat part 21 of the main body 2 to perform pneumatic massage properly in a relaxed posture suited to taking a nap or taking a rest.
